About

Sabrina Bryant
MSW, LCSW-C

Though I have been working in the counseling field for over 12 years, I have been helping and encouraging people for as long as I can remember.  I have always been the family member or friend that everyone calls for support, for encouragement, for empowerment, and for the “tell it like it is,” advice. And, I wouldn’t have it any other way!

When I was going into my second year of college, I had a defining moment that confirmed my purpose in life, and showed me that helping others was what I was meant to do. What was that defining moment, you ask? Well, one of the closest people to me had a “mental breakdown.” Seeing someone I cared about in so much pain was hard, but instinctively I jumped right into gear and helped steer him in the right direction to getting the help he needed. It was in that defining moment that I realized my passion was to guide, instill hope, and support others in finding the courage to start their own journey in healing, so that they could become the best version of themselves (Whatever that looks like for you!)

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland. I received my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work, with a specialization in Mental health, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.   Some of my specialized training includes Suicidality, Trauma Informed Care, treatment of PTSD, Cultural Competence & Awareness, Depression and Older Adults, and Substance Use and Treatment.
